B2B Digital Advertising Sales Team Lead

About the role

We are looking for a B2B Digital Advertising Sales Team Lead to manage a team of about 10 sales representatives supporting advertisers in the US and Canada. The role focuses on coaching consultative sales conversations, driving pipeline generation and improving customer outcomes across the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage and coach a team of ~10 sales reps through performance reviews, call feedback and action plans.
• Partner with Quality, Training and Operations to turn sales insights into coaching and process improvements.
• Drive prospecting, customer meetings, opportunity qualification and follow‑up to maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Coach reps to uncover business objectives, audience, budget, decision process, timeline and success measures before recommending solutions.
• Monitor meeting rate, revenue, pipeline, forecast and sales quality, taking corrective actions as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of direct team leadership experience in a B2B sales environment.
• At least 6 months of experience in digital advertising sales or digital marketing.
• Proven ability in prospecting, consultative selling, pipeline management, CRM reporting and sales coaching.
• Strong English communication skills (B2+ level or higher).
