B2B Paid Advertising Specialist

About the role

The Paid Advertising Specialist supports the execution and performance of paid advertising campaigns across a portfolio of B2B clients. Working closely with lead Strategists or independently, the specialist owns end‑to‑end strategy for core accounts while continuously developing technical, strategic, and analytical expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain flawless execution on Meta, Google, TikTok and other paid platforms, ensuring accurate setup, tracking, naming conventions and zero revenue‑impacting errors.
• Operate autonomously, managing timelines, budgets, pacing and day‑to‑day performance without constant oversight.
• Execute and optimize campaigns end‑to‑end, including ad builds, reporting, pacing and performance monitoring.
• Identify growth opportunities, formulate test hypotheses and recommend data‑backed optimizations aligned with client goals.
• Prepare and present performance reports using clear data storytelling.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of digital marketing experience, agency background a plus.
• At least 1 year of direct‑response marketing experience in e‑commerce; lead‑gen and B2B experience beneficial.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta or Google Ads for direct‑response campaigns; familiarity with TikTok, LinkedIn or Pinterest ads a plus.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and Shopify; strong Excel skills (advanced functions).
• Client‑facing experience with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
