Brand Marketing Specialist - Premium Brands

About the role

The Brand Marketing Specialist Premium Brands supports the execution of brand and commercial plans across customers and channels, helping drive sell-out performance, visibility and shopper engagement. The role links Marketing and Sales, coordinating promotions, events, point-of-sale activations and customer-focused marketing programmes, while analysing commercial performance, managing vendors and monitoring KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Support customer and trade marketing plans across channels and customers, and coordinate promotions, product launches, events and POS activations.
• Work with the Sales team to adapt brand initiatives to customer needs and opportunities.
• Analyse sales performance, sell-in, sell-out, inventory, promotional effectiveness and market trends, and track and report commercial KPIs.
• Support promotional calendars, customer programmes and in-store marketing initiatives.
• Manage suppliers and agencies, including quotations, production and implementation of promotional materials, gifts, displays and POS tools.
• Conduct regular store visits to check execution standards, pricing, promotions, inventory, distribution, visibility and POS materials.
• Prepare presentations, business analyses and commercial proposals, and monitor promotional budgets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in trade marketing, customer marketing, shopper marketing, brand marketing or similar commercial functions.
• Experience managing external vendors, agencies and promotional material suppliers.
• Proven ability to coordinate several projects and commercial initiatives at once.
• Advanced English, written and spoken.

Required skills

• Strong analytical skills, including market analysis and data interpretation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
• Communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
