Business Engagement & Digital Marketing Advisor (E‑Volunteer)

About the role

This remote e‑volunteer position supports Cuso International’s mission to create inclusive economic opportunities in Colombia. You will apply your business engagement and digital marketing expertise to help companies develop pathways to formal employment and self‑employment for women, youth, migrants, refugees and other underserved groups.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct remote market research, map prospective partners, segment priority audiences and recommend targeted outreach approaches.
• Review and strengthen diagnostic tools, providing clear insights and practical recommendations for partner organisations.
• Develop compelling, customised proposals that link organisational needs with inclusive employment solutions.
• Provide virtual guidance to companies and project stakeholders as they implement approved proposals, monitor progress and work toward sustainable results.

Required profile

• A degree in marketing, business administration, data analysis, communications or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish (Level 4‑Advanced) and fluent English (Level 5‑Fluent).
• Experience in strategic communications, institutional positioning and relationship building with private‑ and public‑sector organisations.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement digital marketing strategies that engage targeted audiences.

Required skills

• Hands‑on knowledge of LinkedIn, digital campaigns and social media platforms.
• Performance analytics and ability to analyse campaign data.
