Commercial Internship (Sales & Brand) - January 2027

About the role

P&G is offering a full-time, fixed-term Commercial Internship (Sales & Brand) in Bogotá, Colombia, starting in January 2027. It is open only to non-graduating university students who must keep their active student status at least through the first semester of 2027. The internship covers sales and brand projects, from launching new products to running brand campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Co-lead a new launch or evaluate the current strategies of a brand or product.
• Develop, negotiate and execute sales and marketing strategies based on analysis of the customer, market and sales processes.
• Apply market development and consumer behaviour concepts to categories, customers and channels such as distributors, pharmacies and supermarkets.
• Work on the design and execution of brand campaigns (media, digital, CRM, in-store, PR) and lead regional or local campaign briefs.
• Co-lead the digital marketing of the brand (visibility, content, local partnerships, eCommerce).
• Coordinate internal and external events.

Required profile

• Non-graduating university student with active student status through the first semester of 2027.
• Eligible to work in Colombia.
• Intermediate English (B2 or above).
• Forward-thinking, eager to learn in a team environment, able to collaborate with a diverse team and analyse market dynamics.
