Sales Representative - Pasto

About the role

P&G is looking for a Sales Representative for its Pasto office, Colombia. This is a full-time managerial position with flexible working hours, starting on November 2. You will build long-term business relationships and create value for customers by developing the business in your assigned territory and strengthening ties with key commercial partners.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver business results and key commercial metrics, including Sell In, Sell Out, sales calls, assortment, coverage and distribution.
• Ensure the availability and distribution of priority products across the assigned territory.
• Build collaborative, long-term relationships with distributors, indirect customers, agencies and other key partners.
• Identify customer needs and insights to develop commercial opportunities.
• Negotiate and execute commercial plans aligned with business priorities.

Required profile

• University degree.
• 2-3 years (maximum) of experience in sales, customer management or commercial operations.
• B2-level English or above.
• Eligible to work in Colombia and based in Pasto or willing to relocate.

• In-depth knowledge of sales processes and operations.
• Strong commercial abilities, customer management skills and operational discipline.
