Community Manager – Argentina & Colombia

About the role

As Community Manager, reporting to the Senior Social Media Manager, you will lead the day‑to‑day social media operation for SAMY’s brands across Argentina and Colombia. You will ensure the regional strategy and community management are executed efficiently, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily social media operations for assigned brands and markets.
• Implement and coordinate the regional social media strategy.
• Oversee community management, ensuring communication aligns with brand identity.
• Maintain editorial calendars, campaigns and always‑on initiatives.
• Monitor digital communities, identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Track performance, review KPIs and provide actionable insights.
• Support operational management and coordinate follow‑up with senior specialists.
• Participate in client meetings when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in social media and community management, preferably in an agency handling multiple brands.
• Strong coordination, communication and client‑facing skills.
• Advanced English (B2/C1 or higher).

Required skills

• Proficiency with social listening tools.
• Experience using social media scheduling platforms.
• Ability to work with social media analytics tools.
