Content Specialist

About the role

BairesDev, a technology project company with more than 15 years of experience and a team of 4,000+ remote workers, is hiring a Content Specialist. You will create content across multiple platforms and formats to engage target audiences and support marketing objectives, developing content strategies, writing copy and working with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create written content for websites, blogs, social media and marketing materials
• Develop content strategies aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives
• Research industry trends and topics to produce timely content
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams on cohesive campaigns
• Edit and proofread content for quality, accuracy and consistency
• Monitor content performance and optimise it using analytics and feedback

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in content creation, copywriting or digital marketing
• Ability to adapt writing style to different audiences and channels
• Creative thinking and attention to detail
• Advanced level of English

Required skills

• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills across formats
• Knowledge of content marketing strategies and SEO best practices
• Experience with content management systems and digital publishing platforms
