CPG Paid Advertising Strategist, Client Experience

About the role

Power Digital, an AI-native growth firm, is hiring a CPG Paid Advertising Strategist for a remote position in Colombia. The strategist owns the execution, performance and growth of campaigns in their book of business, working closely with account leadership to shape strategy across the media mix and reporting, optimisation and client communication.

Key responsibilities

• Own full execution of performance marketing through paid social and paid media native platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, Bing)
• Build and produce campaigns end-to-end with redundancy across channels and on-time delivery
• Lead optimisations and manage client budgets, advising on budget changes with accurate pacing
• Ensure quality control so there are no errors that harm client revenue
• Propose proactive strategy and lead client testing roadmaps, escalating performance risks early
• Communicate internally with the team and weekly to clients, sharing performance insights and recommendations
• Use data to tell a story to clients and stakeholders, and apply AI tools to improve business processes

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English
• 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, including 1-2 years in an agency setting
• Hands-on experience with at least two paid advertising channels, including campaign development, bid optimisation, keyword research and ad copy
• Strong written and verbal communication, organisation and project management skills, and confidence in client-facing presentations

• Google Analytics and Microsoft/Google Office suite
• Full-funnel marketing knowledge and understanding of the Power Circuit and Nova ecosystem
