CRM Campaign Associate Manager – Marketing

About the role

The CRM Campaign Associate Manager will lead the design, execution and optimisation of multi‑channel marketing campaigns (email, mobile push and SMS) for Inspire Brands in Colombia. You will translate business objectives into actionable campaign requirements, ensure high‑quality delivery and provide data‑driven insights to continuously improve performance.

Key responsibilities

• Code, build, obtain approvals and deploy daily, monthly and ad‑hoc campaigns across email, push and SMS.
• Provide strategic guidance on testing, measurement and optimisation, turning learnings into scalable best practices.
• Act as subject‑matter expert for Marketing Cloud and/or Braze, handling audience selection, trigger qualifications, suppressions and segmentation.
• Own the testing and optimisation backlog, prioritise initiatives and keep stakeholders informed.
• Use SQL to create, validate and document audience segments, collaborating with data teams to improve targeting logic.
• Establish and enforce QA standards, conduct root‑cause analysis and implement preventive controls.
• Maintain and evolve email/channel best practices, including compatibility, accessibility and rendering guidelines.
• Develop and govern AMPscript or dynamic content solutions to personalise campaigns and create reusable patterns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
• At least 3 years of experience with SQL and HTML.
• Proficiency in project management, marketing automation, data analysis, campaign management and CSS.
• Fully fluent English communication skills.
