CRO and Website Optimization Specialist (Remote)

About the role

HireHawk is seeking a CRO and Website Optimization Specialist to own and execute the experimentation roadmap for client e‑commerce sites. You will work remotely, handling everything from hypothesis generation to test launch and analysis, ensuring measurable conversion improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and prioritize a website and quiz‑funnel experimentation roadmap based on data and customer behavior.
• Formulate clear hypotheses with success metrics and launch A/B tests using Intelligems or similar platforms.
• Make independent front‑end changes on Shopify, including landing page updates, merchandising tweaks, and UX enhancements.
• Build and optimize landing pages without relying solely on designers or developers.
• Improve quizzes and personalization funnels with Digioh or comparable tools.
• Optimize cart and upsell experiences using Rebuy, Smart Cart, or similar Shopify tools.
• Analyze performance with GA4 and other analytics to evaluate test outcomes and define next steps.

Required profile

• 3‑6+ years of hands‑on CRO, e‑commerce optimization, or growth experience.
• Proven ability to own A/B testing from hypothesis through analysis and recommendation.
• Strong judgment, attention to detail, and capacity to follow detailed instructions on sensitive sites.
