About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated Cruise Vacation Sales Agent to join our team in North Bogotá. The role focuses on selling cruise vacation packages, excursions, onboard products, and upgrades, leveraging onboard cruise experience.
Key responsibilities
- Sell vacation packages, cruises, excursions, upgrades, and related travel services to customers.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs in a fast‑paced environment.
- Negotiate and communicate effectively with clients to close sales.
Required profile
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
- Proven sales experience in the cruise or tourism industry, preferably with onboard cruise ship experience.
- Strong sales mindset, negotiation and communication skills.
Required skills
- Experience selling vacation packages, cruises, excursions, upgrades, or related travel products.
- Ability to work under sales targets and KPIs.
What we offer
- Base salary of 3,200,000 COP plus commissions.
- 40‑hour work week with flexible operation hours between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
- On‑site work in North Bogotá.
