Customer Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, customer‑focused Support Specialist to join our growing team in Medellín. The role involves delivering timely assistance across multiple channels, ensuring a seamless experience for international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact via email, chat, phone, and other channels.
• Respond to inquiries professionally, troubleshoot issues, and document interactions in the CRM.
• Escalate complex cases to internal teams and follow up to guarantee resolution.
• Meet and exceed SLA targets while maintaining high CSAT scores.
• Identify recurring problems and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Technical degree, Technologist, or Bachelor’s in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Communications, Industrial Engineering, IT or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in customer support or similar client‑facing roles, preferably with international customers.
• English proficiency at least B2 (C1 preferred) and native Spanish.

Required skills

• Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot, Freshdesk, Intercom, Jira, Slack.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
