DevOps Engineer – Automation & Cloud Infrastructure

About the role

Deel is seeking a DevOps Engineer passionate about automation and next‑gen infrastructure to support its rapidly growing SaaS platform. You will work with cutting‑edge AWS services and help ensure the stability, availability, and reliability of production systems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage AWS production deployments on EKS, including microservices, databases, and related tools.
• Design and develop CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code for cloud‑based production systems.
• Enhance production stability, availability, and reliability through monitoring and observability tools.
• Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot product microservices and supporting services such as Postgres, DocumentDB, and MongoDB.

Required profile

• 5+ years of DevOps experience in production environments.
• Strong background with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Drone, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Deep understanding of AWS services including EKS, S3, Postgres, MongoDB, SES, SNS, SQS, and networking concepts.
