DevOps Engineer – Kubernetes & Cloud Native Support

About the role

Capgemini Engineering is looking for a customer‑focused Support Engineer to provide operational and troubleshooting support for our Kubernetes‑based platform services, including Port.io and the Argo DevSecOps framework. You will work closely with developers, operations teams, and clients to ensure platform stability and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Kubernetes clusters, Port.io services, and Argo environments, monitoring health with Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana and Kibana.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to networking, storage, security and application deployments within Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve platform stability and automate routine maintenance tasks.
• Manage and optimise Helm charts, Argo CD, Flux CD, YAML configurations and GitLab CI runners.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting production Kubernetes clusters in cloud and on‑premise environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in networking, Linux systems and distributed applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical audiences.
