Digital Marketing Administrator - Podcast & Media Account

About the role

Bold Business is an AI-first company building enterprise software and automation engines. It is seeking a highly reliable, proactive and tech-savvy Digital Marketing Administrator to run the operational marketing pipeline for a high-profile podcast and media account. The role acts as the operational backbone of the podcast workflow: overseeing production, coordinating freelance resources, creating promotional assets and tracking daily deliverables weeks ahead of episode releases.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end interview-editing and publishing pipeline, including multi-format video packages with complex graphical overlays, using AI tools to speed up editing.
• Coordinate freelance editors and keep an explicit email hand-off log so assets move clearly downstream.
• Draft show notes weeks in advance from raw transcripts, use LLMs to extract quotes and generate hooks for TikTok and short-form video, and run SEO on each episode.
• Pull quotes and proof of concept from past episodes to cross-promote new guest book launches.
• Create promotional assets such as short trailers, audiograms, quote cards and episode thumbnails, and deliver them days before release.
• Manage social media schedules, captions, newsletters and the upload and routing of guest video files.
• Log every task and subtask at the end of each shift in a Communication and Delivery Tracker, estimate completion times and adapt to show briefs to ensure quality and compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing administration, podcast production coordination or content operations.
• A proactive "system-builder" mindset: taking ownership of workflows and completing core assets as soon as raw materials (e.g. transcripts) are available.
• Reliable, hyper-organized communication with clear daily status updates and professional boundaries.

Required skills

• Strong technical ability to use AI and LLMs to automate repetitive work and generate content hooks.
• Ability to handle a high volume of moving parts while keeping detailed daily logs.
