Digital Marketing Specialist - WordPress, SEO & Social Media

About the role

BA3 Digital Marketing is a digital marketing agency offering marketing, content development and website services, with expertise in SEO, PPC, social media, content creation and website management. It is looking for a hands-on digital marketing specialist based in Medellín to work directly alongside its founder for at least 20-30 hours per week. This is an in-person position, not remote; candidates must communicate and work in English at B2/C1 level.

Key responsibilities

• Build, update and maintain WordPress websites.
• Improve SEO, including on-page optimization and basic technical SEO.
• Publish and manage website content, blog posts and landing pages.
• Manage social media content and posting schedules.
• Maintain and optimize Google Business Profiles.
• Create graphics with Canva or similar tools and edit short videos and reels.
• Track results and recommend practical improvements.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience with WordPress and digital marketing.
• Strong English communication and writing skills.
• Ability to create professional graphics and edit short videos.
• Good organization, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
• Confidence working independently while collaborating closely in person.
• Availability to work in Medellín for at least 20 hours per week.
