Digital Marketing Specialist (Bilingual, Remote)

About the role

Habtemariam Law Firm, a personal injury law firm, is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to work remotely. The role drives the firm's online presence through SEO and social media campaigns, while also helping with initial client intakes and lead processing. Complete fluency in English, spoken and written, is required.

Key responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for digital leads, guiding potential clients through an intake process
• Plan, create and run social media campaigns across platforms to build brand awareness and engagement
• Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic
• Monitor, analyse and report on campaign and SEO performance, giving actionable insights
• Work with the team so that marketing messaging is accurate, professional and aligned with the firm's values

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, Social Media Manager or similar role
• Fluent English, comfortable making calls, handling intakes and writing emails
• Bonus: previous experience with law firms or in the legal industry is a plus

Required skills

• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and web traffic metrics
• Social media advertising platforms such as Meta Ads and LinkedIn
• Organised, detail-oriented and professional communicator
