Digital Solutions Consultant II (Marketing)

About the role

Worley is seeking a Digital Solutions Consultant specializing in Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable marketing automation and CRM solutions. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and technical teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions that drive lead generation, nurture journeys, and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical discussions and solution design sessions with Marketing, Sales, and internal teams.
• Design and implement Account Engagement solutions, including lead lifecycle management, scoring models, and nurture journeys using Engagement Studio.
• Develop and configure out‑of‑the‑box and custom features such as automation rules, dynamic lists, email templates, and landing pages.
• Apply HTML/CSS expertise to email templates and landing pages, and use Salesforce Flows and Apex as needed.
• Integrate Account Engagement with Salesforce CRM and external systems like Zapier or APIs.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and marketing operations staff.
• Apply CI/CD and deployment processes, troubleshoot campaign execution issues, and perform quality reviews.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience in Salesforce implementations with a focus on Account Engagement (Pardot).
• Minimum 3 years working with Salesforce Account Engagement or similar marketing automation platforms.
• At least 2 years of experience in web technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) for email and landing page development.
• Experience working in Agile methodologies and handling data management, segmentation, and campaign lifecycle.
