Event & Webinar Coordinator (Part-Time)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Event & Webinar Coordinator to bring our brand to life both online and in person. This part‑time position is ideal for a marketing or communications student or recent graduate with startup experience who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute in‑person events across Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, and Argentina, handling GANTT planning, logistics, vendor negotiations and on‑site execution.
• Organize and run monthly webinars for clients, leads and partners, managing agenda, promotion and post‑event content.
• Coordinate all event logistics including venue scouting, travel arrangements, timelines and budget tracking.
• Act as live MC, handle communications and ensure smooth on‑site operations.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on branding, speaker pitching and creation of pre‑ and post‑event materials.
• Conduct post‑event evaluations and nurture relationships with partners, speakers, vendors and attendees.

Required profile

• Current marketing student or recent graduate with a strong academic record.
• At least 2 years of experience in startups or fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent organizational, project‑management and communication skills.
• Flexibility to travel and work outside regular hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Familiarity with webinar platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
