About the role
The Fire TV Market Trainer joins Amazon’s Offline Retail team to drive product awareness and brand advocacy for Fire TV, Ring, Blink and eero across major retail partners. You will travel across a large territory, delivering hands‑on training and sales support to store associates and customers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and travel throughout an assigned territory, using sales tools and store profiles to influence sales and brand advocacy.
- Achieve and exceed store sales goals for Fire TV branded products.
- Develop professional relationships with district, territory and general managers.
- Educate store associates on the value of Fire TV devices and conduct in‑store demonstrations and large‑scale events.
- Collect business and market insights from consumers and associates to inform product and marketing decisions.
- Complete daily in‑store reports, including digital photos of visits.
- Participate in overnight travel and be on your feet for up to 8 hours at a time.
- Lift, pull, or carry items up to 50 pounds (with reasonable accommodation).
Required profile
- Residence within the assigned territory.
- Passion for home‑theater products and ability to act as a Fire TV evangelist.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and to travel as needed.
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle physical demands of the role.
