About the role

We are looking for a highly organized French Speaker Recruitment Agent to join our team in Bogotá. The role supports recruitment across French, Spanish and English‑speaking markets, handling high‑volume calls and ensuring a professional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Screen and interview candidates in French, Spanish and English.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain timely communication with candidates.
• Keep applicant data organized within our ATS/CRM system.
• Provide regular updates and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Guarantee a smooth, multilingual candidate journey from initial contact to final placement.

Required profile

• Fluent in French, Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong communication abilities and a people‑focused attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and a professional work ethic.
