About the role
Instant Assistance LLC is a virtual assistant company supporting entrepreneurs and growing businesses through administrative, marketing and sales support via a fully remote team. It is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented and tech-savvy GoHighLevel Marketing Assistant to support U.S.-based professionals with administrative operations, CRM management, client communications and digital marketing.
Key responsibilities
- Manage GoHighLevel, including CRM, workflows and automations
- Set up email marketing and campaigns
- Create landing pages and forms
- Maintain Notion organization, follow-ups and weekly priorities
- Keep SOPs and recurring processes running
Required profile
- Experience using GoHighLevel
- Professional written and spoken English
- Experience with email marketing and digital marketing
- Highly organized, paying close attention to detail
- Clear communicator who gives consistent updates
