Head of Order to Cash – LAM Region

About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to head the Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) function for the Latin America (LAM) zone. The role will drive revenue, cash collection and operational excellence across multiple countries, ensuring the OTC process is standardized, digitalized and aligned with global KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end OTC process for the LAM zone, covering order entry, invoicing, cash collection and credit management.
• Ensure revenue, cash flow and productivity targets are met within the global OTC KPI framework.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to harmonize and digitize the OTC process according to the “OTC@Healthineers” reference model.
• Collaborate with zone sales, service, Offer‑to‑Order, and business line teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Develop and mentor the OTC team, building capabilities for future challenges.
• Provide accurate forecasting, backlog transparency and compliance with IFRS standards.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience managing OTC or similar financial operations in a multinational environment.
• Strong track record of achieving revenue and cash collection targets while maintaining compliance.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on digital transformation and process standardization.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP.
• Deep knowledge of IFRS standards and revenue‑recognition principles.
• Proficiency with digital productivity and automation tools.
