About the role

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Generalist Junior to join our Human Resources team in Bogotá. The role supports recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, and labor relations while ensuring compliance with Colombian labor laws.

Key responsibilities

  • Support recruitment and selection processes for various positions.
  • Coordinate onboarding, maintain employee documentation, and assist with payroll processing.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities, internal communications, and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Provide basic employee‑relations support and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain HR databases, update employee information, and assist with performance follow‑up.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Colombian labor legislation.
  • Proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and willingness to learn.

Required skills

  • Experience with HR systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
