About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Talent Acquisition Administrator to support our recruitment operations across the Americas. The role will ensure a smooth hiring process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and providing administrative support to recruiters and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams, time zones and stakeholders.
  • Manage candidate communications throughout the interview process to ensure a positive experience.
  • Support recruiters and hiring managers with interview logistics and calendar management.
  • Prepare and maintain recruitment documentation and hiring records.
  • Update and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases accurately.
  • Assist with job postings and requisition administration.
  • Support onboarding coordination and pre‑employment administrative activities.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide administrative reporting support.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local employment practices.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition coordination, HR administration or recruiting operations.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Proactive, customer‑service oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.
