About the role
The HRIS Manager will oversee Orbia Pulse (SAP SuccessFactors), ensuring the system supports HR processes and optimises People Operations. This role works closely with People leadership, IT, and HRIS/Total Rewards teams.
Key responsibilities
- Configure, maintain and troubleshoot HRIS systems, ensuring integration with other HR solutions.
- Collaborate with IT and external vendors to implement updates, enhancements and new functionalities.
- Monitor system performance, conduct regular data audits and propose improvements to data, workflows and system configuration.
- Act as liaison to the Corporate HRIS team for system changes and lead special projects.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Talent Acquisition, Reporting & Analytics).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, able to work independently and collaboratively.
