Implementation Consultant

About the role

The Implementation Consultant leads the end‑to‑end documentation lifecycle for Managed Services content at Visa, collaborating with business leaders to close knowledge gaps and drive long‑term knowledge‑management strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead documentation lifecycle for Managed Services content.
• Partner with line‑of‑business leadership to identify and address knowledge gaps.
• Implement long‑term knowledge‑management strategies with the Director of Knowledge Management.
• Ensure content aligns with standards for consistency and quality.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in Knowledge Management.

Required profile

• 5+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent education).
• Strong project and time‑management skills.
• Proactive, independent work style with ownership of outcomes.
• Solid understanding of the payments ecosystem, including card issuing, transaction processing, APIs and financial‑services technology.
• Experience collaborating with banks, fintechs, digital wallets or payment service providers is highly desirable.

Required skills

• Experience with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot.
• Knowledge‑management and content‑development expertise.
