International Sales Specialist

About the role

DACK is seeking an International Sales Specialist to join its Bogota office. The role focuses on developing and managing customer accounts for agricultural commodities such as pulses, grains, nuts, sugar and feed ingredients across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and convert new international leads into active customers.
• Prepare commercial offers, negotiate terms and finalize sales contracts in coordination with logistics and operations teams.
• Monitor market trends, price movements and trade flows, providing insights to support pricing and sourcing decisions.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and suppliers to ensure high service standards.
• Support preparation of trade documentation and ensure compliance with export regulations and Incoterms.

Required profile

• Strong background in international sales and business, preferably within agricultural commodities.
• Knowledge of export processes, Incoterms and trade documentation.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities, with fluency in Spanish and strong English proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Business Administration, Economics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Bogota and handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
