IT Compliance Assurance Specialist

About the role

Kyndryl is looking for an IT Compliance Assurance Specialist to strengthen monitoring and execution of operational, IT, and financial processes across the business. You will work with process owners and line management to achieve audit readiness and continuous improvement of control posture.

Key responsibilities

• Perform compliance assurance activities across IT, operational, and regulatory control environments.
• Execute control testing and monitoring aligned to internal policies, standards, and external requirements.
• Maintain audit readiness through structured testing, evidence validation, and issue tracking.
• Support internal and external audits, certifications, and third‑party customer audits by preparing documentation and coordinating responses.
• Conduct internal inspections across IT delivery, CRM, and operational processes.
• Analyze findings, identify root causes, and document lessons learned to drive sustainable improvements.

Required profile

• Experience in IT compliance, audit, risk management, or internal controls within a complex enterprise environment.
• Working knowledge of IT and operational control frameworks and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Ability to support internal and external audits through structured evidence collection and documentation.
• Strong written documentation skills for audit artifacts, findings, and remediation plans.

• Ability to work with process owners and delivery teams to improve control execution and sustainability.
• Experience analyzing control gaps and identifying root causes with clear, actionable outcomes.
