IT Engineer – Remote Support for Global Teams

About the role

Deel is seeking an IT Engineer to provide first and second level technical remote support for customers and internal employees. You will help maintain and improve internal systems, device management services, and ensure reliable access to critical company resources.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of subject‑matter experts to achieve IT service growth objectives.
• Provide technical implementation and pre/post‑sales support to Deel IT customers.
• Build, develop, and enhance device management services for a global customer base.
• Lead technical support for the Sales team, key stakeholders, and the broader customer base.
• Manage, deploy, configure, and refresh devices across the organization.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT environment, preferably in a startup.
• Hands‑on experience with Apple devices and macOS administration.
• Experience administering and maintaining cloud‑based services.
• Proven expertise with MDM systems for both Mac and Windows platforms.
• Practical knowledge of system integration, Zero Trust, SAML, and SSO technologies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
