IT Infrastructure Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Analyst to join our team in Bogotá. The role is primarily on‑site from Monday to Thursday with a remote day on Friday, offering a blend of hands‑on technical work and strategic planning.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT equipment and systems across the organization.
• Perform system and software installations and configurations on servers.
• Provide second‑level technical support to internal users.
• Support monitoring of backups, vulnerability scans, security bulletins, and updates to equipment and operating systems.
• Participate in the improvement, development, and maintenance of the IT infrastructure.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and technological resources.
• Follow up promptly on support requests and incidents.
• Assist in procurement, selection, and negotiation with IT service and equipment providers.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT‑related roles.
• Advanced knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal skills, and service‑oriented mindset.
• Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement in IT processes and services.
