Junior Trade Marketing Manager - Deodorants

About the role

P&G is looking for a Junior Trade Marketing Manager for its Deodorants category, based in Bogotá, Colombia. This is an entry-level managerial position, full time with flexible working hours. You will turn trade and shopper insights into execution plans that help win at the point of sale, working closely with Sales, Marketing and Finance and owning specific projects from day one with support from your manager.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze market, sell-in, sell-out and shopper data to find growth opportunities by channel and customer.
• Turn those insights into trade marketing plans covering display, assortment, pricing and promotions.
• Support the design, implementation and follow-up of in-store initiatives and measure their results.
• Work with Sales, Marketing, Finance and other teams so plans are aligned and executed well.
• Track category KPIs and recommend adjustments based on results.
• Present recommendations through clear, business-focused storytelling.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of related experience.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Eligible to work in Colombia and based in Bogotá.
• Strong analytical thinking, commercial vision and a passion for understanding the trade and the shopper.

Required skills

• Ability to turn data and insights into clear business opportunities and winning execution plans.
• Experience with Power BI or other analytics tools is a plus.
