Key Account Manager – Bogotá (Hybrid)

About the role

Clara, the leading spend management platform in Latin America, is looking for a Key Account Manager to strengthen its presence in Bogotá. You will own the full customer lifecycle for strategic enterprise clients, building trust with decision‑makers and driving adoption of Clara’s solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with B2B clients, acting as a trusted partner for financial decision‑making.
• Lead onboarding for new clients and continuously engage existing ones to maximize retention and satisfaction.
• Manage a dynamic portfolio of accounts, conducting sell‑in, sell‑out, and performance analyses to uncover opportunities.
• Execute tailored sales and marketing plans with partners to grow usage and expand accounts.
• Forecast commercial performance, track key account health, and mitigate risks.
• Engage in strategic conversations with CFOs and finance teams, leveraging insights on budgeting, spend control, and ERP integrations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of proven experience in Key Account Management or Customer Success within a B2B model.
• Experience onboarding and growing relationships with enterprise clients.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and portfolio analysis.
• Professional proficiency in English and full fluency in Spanish.
• Based in Bogotá with knowledge of the local business landscape.
