LATAM Sales Agent

About the role

Homeaglow is a fast‑growing tech startup that connects customers with professional cleaning services through a platform‑based booking system. As a LATAM Sales Agent you will work remotely to contact prospective customers, convert leads into sales and build lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to warm and cold leads via phone, text or email and showcase Homeaglow’s solutions.
• Convert prospects into paying customers, encouraging the use of existing vouchers.
• Maintain and improve call flows and scripts to increase conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the team to refine the sales workflow.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong listening ability, attention to detail and professional phone etiquette.
• Persuasive, results‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Willingness to work 45 hours per week across various shifts, including holidays.

Required skills

• Google Chrome (latest version) for web‑based tools.
• Stable high‑speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps upload/download).
• USB or Bluetooth headset with noise‑cancelling microphone (wired preferred).
• Personal laptop/desktop meeting minimum specs (Intel i5 10th gen or AMD Ryzen 5, 6 GB RAM).

• Base pay of $3 USD per hour during training, rising to $4 USD per hour plus sales incentives ($10‑$50 per sale).
