Lead TA Partner – Advanced English Required

About the role

We are seeking a senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join NielsenIQ’s Americas TA team in Bogotá. The role will manage end‑to‑end recruitment while acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, shaping hiring strategies and leveraging data and AI to improve outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and long‑term talent priorities.
• Develop tailored sourcing strategies for high‑volume and specialized positions.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, market mapping and creative methods.
• Conduct screenings, structured interviews and provide well‑supported recommendations.
• Use recruitment data and market insights to influence hiring decisions.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Support employer‑branding initiatives and represent NielsenIQ at talent events.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience recruiting commercial or sales talent in SaaS/technology/insights firms.
• Proven track record recruiting across Latin America (North America a plus).
• Strong consultative and stakeholder‑influence skills.
• Adaptable to fast‑changing environments and talent markets.
