Managing Consultant – Business Experimentation

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Managing Consultant to lead Business Experimentation initiatives for its global client base. In this role you will help executives make data‑driven decisions by designing, executing, and interpreting experiments using Mastercard’s Test & Learn® platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across multiple industries, developing strategies and programs that leverage data‑science tools.
• Own relationships with mid‑level to senior client stakeholders, assessing agenda, culture, and change readiness.
• Provide analytical and technical subject‑matter expertise to drive adoption and competency of Test & Learn®.
• Lead internal teams to generate insights, formulate business recommendations, and deliver compelling client presentations.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
• Collaborate with internal Mastercard staff to ensure seamless project delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading consulting engagements and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Demonstrated leadership and team‑development capabilities.
