Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our global marketing team and support local marketing activities across Latin America. Based in Bogotá, you will translate regional strategies into effective campaigns and collaborate with both local market teams and central functions.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with local market teams and act as a liaison to the central marketing team in Zurich.
• Coordinate marketing projects from briefing through execution, including social media, email, digital content, events, print and local partnerships.
• Adapt creative assets and content for local audiences, manage translations and feedback loops.
• Track timelines, deliverables and approvals across multiple initiatives and share market insights with the wider team.

Required profile

• Curious about cultural differences and able to turn marketing plans into concrete actions.
• Organized, reliable and comfortable managing several priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communicator in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within Latin America and internationally as needed.

Required skills

• Experience with digital marketing, social media, email marketing and paid media.
• Project management and content management platform experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
