About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and creative Marketing Support Specialist to boost brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support the growth of our consulting business serving aesthetics and healthcare professionals. This part‑time, fully remote position blends strategic thinking with hands‑on content creation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and schedule engaging social media posts, Reels, and Stories while monitoring performance and lead‑generation metrics.
• Research industry communities, build relationships, qualify leads, and maintain outreach records.
• Redesign client‑facing proposals, create case studies, and support promotion of digital products.
• Audit website content and UX, identify SEO opportunities, and implement approved updates.
• Assist in marketing strategy development, set KPIs, track campaign performance, and provide monthly reports.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media management, or content creation.
• Strong visual design sense with polished Canva work.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting abilities.
• Proven track record growing Instagram and Facebook accounts, including Reels.
• Experience with CRM platforms, spreadsheets, and lead‑tracking systems.
