Mobile Inbound Representative – Tech & Mobile Specialist

About the role

Fusion CX is seeking Mobile Inbound Representatives to support customers of a US mobile services provider. The role involves handling inbound inquiries about mobile plans, devices, account changes, activations, and general support while identifying sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls regarding mobile plans, devices, account modifications and service queries.
• Assist customers with activations and routine account or service questions.
• Explain available plans, features and service options clearly.
• Troubleshoot common issues and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Identify customer needs and suggest suitable mobile services.
• Document interactions and meet service, quality and sales targets.

Required profile

• Previous customer service or contact‑center experience.
• Sales, telecommunications or mobile‑retail experience is a plus.
• Strong spoken English with ability to explain technical information in plain language.
• Good problem‑solving, troubleshooting and computer skills.

Required skills

• Ability to explain mobile plans and technical details simply.
• Willingness to learn about mobile plans, devices and support systems.
