Outbound Sales & Interview Agent (Remote)

About the role

A remote, long-term position for a confident and reliable outbound sales and interview agent who works with customers and prospects in the United States. You will make outbound calls, conduct short phone interviews and qualify potential customers. Native or near-native English is required.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US businesses and individuals
• Conduct short phone interviews and ask structured questions, recording responses
• Explain services clearly and handle basic objections
• Follow up with interested prospects and set appointments when applicable
• Keep accurate notes and call outcomes in the system

Required profile

• Native or near-native spoken English with clear, natural pronunciation
• Excellent listening comprehension and confidence speaking with US customers
• Previous experience in BPO, call center, cold calling, appointment setting, outbound sales, customer service or phone interviewing
• Ability to follow a process without sounding robotic, reliable attendance and communication
• Stable internet connection and a quiet working environment

What we offer

• Base pay of $5 to $7 USD per hour, depending on experience, English level and results; all training and trial work is paid
• Performance bonuses on top of the hourly rate, with no cap on advancement for consistent high performers
• Leads, calling system, US phone numbers, scripts, CRM and data entry tools
• Schedule of about 30 to 40 hours per week during US business hours

Hiring involves an application review, voice recording, short video interview, live call role play and a paid trial.
