Paid Ads Designer - Static & Short-Form Video (Canva & CapCut)

About the role

A U.S.-based technology company that helps brands improve digital advertising performance through creative production, testing and optimization is hiring a Paid Media Ad Designer. The role is full-time and remote, with a salary of $1,500 USD, and involves collaborating with teams in the USA (PST). The designer creates static, animated and short-form video ads for paid social campaigns, mainly on Meta and TikTok.

Key responsibilities

• Create short-form and vertical video ads using CapCut
• Design static and animated ads using Canva
• Produce creatives for Meta and TikTok paid campaigns
• Adapt and localize creatives for U.S. and European audiences
• Create multiple ad variations for testing and iterate on them based on campaign performance and feedback

Required profile

• 2-3+ years of experience in graphic design, digital advertising, paid social creative or a similar role
• Proven experience creating ads for Meta and/or TikTok
• Portfolio showing paid social or performance advertising work
• Experience creating short-form and vertical video content
• Understanding of performance-driven creative and ad testing
• Experience designing for U.S. and/or European audiences
• Excellent attention to detail and advanced English communication skills
