Paid Advertising Specialist – Ecommerce

About the role

The Paid Advertising Specialist supports the execution and performance of paid advertising campaigns across a portfolio of ecommerce clients, partnering closely with lead strategists or independently owning end‑to‑end strategy for core accounts. The role is ideal for an attentive learner eager to solve problems and grow technical, strategic, and analytical skills.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain flawless execution across Meta, Google, TikTok and other paid platforms, ensuring accurate setup, tracking, naming conventions and zero revenue‑impacting errors.
• Operate with high ownership and autonomy, managing timelines, budgets, pacing and day‑to‑day performance without constant oversight.
• Execute and optimize paid programs end‑to‑end, including ad builds, optimizations, reporting and ongoing performance monitoring.
• Identify growth opportunities, form test hypotheses and recommend data‑backed optimizations aligned to client goals.
• Ensure accurate budget pacing, flagging risks or opportunities proactively.
• Own client testing roadmaps, managing project steps and experiment prioritization.
• Prepare and present performance reports using clear data storytelling.
• Leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem and AI technologies to improve efficiency and analysis.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of digital marketing experience, preferably agency‑based.
• At least 1 year of direct‑response ecommerce marketing experience.
• Experience leading paid advertising strategy for direct‑response campaigns.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and Shopify or similar technical platforms.
• Strong Excel skills, including advanced features.
• Self‑starter attitude, high energy, dependable and organized.
