Paid Advertising Strategist – Ecommerce

About the role

The Paid Advertising Strategist will own the execution, performance, and growth of ecommerce paid‑media campaigns. Working closely with account leadership, you will align campaign tactics with client business goals and deliver measurable results across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Full ownership of performance marketing on paid social and native media platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, and Bing.
• End‑to‑end campaign build, production, and on‑time delivery across channels.
• Lead optimization efforts, manage client budgets, and ensure accurate pacing.
• Develop and maintain client testing roadmaps, project‑manage next steps, and surface proactive strategy recommendations.
• Communicate performance insights, recommendations, and reporting internally and to clients on a weekly cadence.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of digital marketing experience, including 1‑2 years in an agency setting.
• Hands‑on experience with at least two paid‑advertising channels (e.g., Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat).
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and the Microsoft/Google Office suites.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and project‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated, client‑facing confidence, and a desire for a long‑term relationship with a growing company.
