Partner Operations Manager – Vendor Programs

About the role

As a Partner Operations Manager Level III you will be the primary liaison for vendor programs, supporting sales teams with quoting, deal registration, pricing and up‑selling. Your deep knowledge of vendor relationships and product lifecycles will help drive revenue growth and ensure smooth partnership execution.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for multiple‑tier vendors, building strong, lasting relationships.
• Provide accurate quotes, manage deal registrations, and create renewal contracts to protect sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and communicate lead times.
• Develop training materials, test solutions and support sales teams in crafting quotes and identifying upsell possibilities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in vendor program or partner operations.
• Intermediate English proficiency and strong data‑entry accuracy.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and adapt quickly to new systems.
• Associate degree in Business, IT or related field preferred.
