People & Recruiting Specialist

About the role

Sauce, a leading restaurant technology platform, is seeking a People & Recruiting Specialist to own full‑cycle recruitment and support a growing People Operations function. You will work autonomously, partnering directly with executives across the US and Israel while reporting to the Head of People.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for all functions, from intake and sourcing to offer and close.
• Build and run outbound sourcing pipelines using InMail, niche boards, referrals, talent mapping and market research across the US, LATAM, Europe, Israel and Asia.
• Leverage AI tools for resume screening, interview transcription, ATS note drafting and workflow automation.
• Partner with department heads and external search partners, ensuring transparent candidate communication and coordinated scheduling.
• Maintain clean ATS data, generate funnel metrics and provide insights during hiring syncs.
• Own employee lifecycle administration: onboarding, internal moves, promotions, off‑boarding, equipment provisioning, swag programs and welfare initiatives.
• Organize culture and engagement activities for both office and remote teams.
• Administer HRIS and ATS systems, support employment models (US, EOR, international contractors) and ensure policy compliance.

Required profile

• Based in South America or Mexico with 3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven outbound sourcing success and hands‑on People Operations or HR generalist experience.
• Experience hiring across multiple functions, seniority levels and geographies.
• Strong written and spoken English and ability to work with minimal structure.

Required skills

• Advanced ATS proficiency (Lever preferred; Greenhouse, Workday acceptable).
• HRIS experience (Deel preferred; Remote, Rippling, Workday acceptable).
• Hands‑on AI tool usage for screening, transcription and workflow automation.
• Outbound sourcing techniques (InMail campaigns, talent mapping, niche boards).
