Portuguese Quality Control Specialist (iGaming) - Bogotá

About the role

Workster is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Portuguese Quality Control Specialist to join its expanding Bogotá-based team in the iGaming industry. The role ensures quality and regulatory compliance for Portuguese-speaking iGaming players and partners within a leading global BPO organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Assess customer interactions, game content and compliance documentation in Portuguese against company and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and report on chat, email and phone interactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to iGaming guidelines.
• Develop and improve quality control processes and contribute to continuous improvement in the QA team.
• Give feedback to operations, risk and customer support teams to improve service delivery and player satisfaction.
• Take part in calibration sessions, audits and the creation of training materials.
• Keep up with iGaming compliance trends, especially in Portuguese-speaking markets.
• Work with cross-functional teams on KPIs and keep customer and company data confidential under GDPR.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality assurance, quality control or compliance, ideally in iGaming, customer service or online entertainment.
• Fluent written and spoken Portuguese and English; other languages are an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Quality Management, Business Administration, Communication or a related field preferred.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, adaptable to a fast-paced BPO environment and committed to confidentiality and ethics.
