Pricing Analyst

About the role

The English‑speaking Pricing Analyst supports the development, implementation and maintenance of pricing strategies that drive profitable growth, margin performance and market competitiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning, analysis and execution of bi‑annual customer price increases, including segmentation, financial impact assessment and price realization tracking.
• Maintain customer indexing programs and index‑based pricing mechanisms tied to market indicators and contractual terms.
• Analyze opportunities for strategic price pruning, margin improvement and SKU portfolio optimization.
• Collaborate with Finance to assess financial impact of pricing actions and support forecasting.
• Maintain pricing dashboards, reports and KPIs to monitor effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in pricing, commercial finance or business analysis, preferably in a multi‑product, multi‑customer environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP, Business Intelligence, pricing or analytics systems.
• Familiarity with index‑based pricing, tariff recovery and SKU portfolio analysis.
