Pricing Analyst – Remote

About the role

The English‑speaking Pricing Analyst will support the development, implementation and maintenance of pricing strategies that drive profitable growth, margin performance and market competitiveness. This remote position works cross‑functionally with Sales, Finance, Product Management, Supply Chain and Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning, analysis and execution of bi‑annual customer price increases, including segmentation, financial impact assessment and price realization tracking.
• Maintain customer indexing programs and index‑based pricing models tied to market indicators and contractual terms.
• Analyze opportunities for strategic price pruning, margin improvement and SKU portfolio optimization.
• Assist tariff‑recovery pricing initiatives by evaluating cost impacts and preparing pricing recommendations.
• Collaborate with Finance to assess financial impact of pricing actions and support forecasting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in pricing, commercial finance, business analysis or product management.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of ERP, Business Intelligence and pricing/analytics systems.
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar BI tools.
