Product Lead – LATAM

About the role

Clara is looking for a Product Lead to own product direction for a small, autonomous squad in Latin America. You will decide what to build, why it matters, and be accountable for business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for a squad.
• Prototype ideas with AI coding tools before engineering commitment.
• Contribute code for straightforward changes and work daily with Git.
• Align stakeholders across engineering, design, sales, and leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years in product management, product engineering, design, or a hybrid building role.
• Track record of shipping products that moved business metrics.
• Experience working directly with engineers as peers.
• High agency mindset, comfortable using AI tools as core workflow.

Required skills

• Prototyping with AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code).
• Git proficiency: cloning, branching, committing, reading diffs.
• SQL and data‑driven analysis.
• Understanding of system architecture and service interactions.
